Lesson 9: Data Security (PR.DS)

In this lesson students will learn about the importance of Data Security to the overarching NIST CSF Program. In this lesson we will help clarify some of the technical requirements used to establishing Data Security including data at rest or in transit, capacity, data leaks, and integrity checking. In this lesson we will review many valuable considerations for the establishment of Data Security. We will also provide an exercise so students can practice their newfound knowledge and develop new Cybersecurity skills.
